Phone Consultation
Customer describes computer issue in detail.
Consultant attempts diagnostics by phone.
If further diagnostics is needed, charges will apply.
On Site Consultation
Call for a quote, as prices are subject to change.
Once analyzed, the customer will be given an estimated amount of
time for repair and hardware needed to repair the issue.
Repairs will not be made at that time unless an emergency.
Invoice is paid at the time of service.
Repairs -- (One Hour Minimum)
$85 per hour plus cost of any hardware needed plus mileage.
30 Day warranty on labor. Hardware is subject to manufacturer's warranty.
